Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day after they are placed. Expedited orders must be placed by 2:00PM (EST) to be shipped same day. Please note that shipping couriers do not operate on Sundays, federal holidays, or observed federal holidays.

Shipping methods

 

Select your preferred shipping method via the drop down menu at checkout. We offer Standard, UPS and DHL as our shipping method.

Overweight / oversized charges

In some cases, overweight and/or oversized charges may apply.

International shipping

 

Shipping charges will be calculated and invoiced separately after placing your order. You will be notified of these shipping charges through a separate shipping invoice for approval and payment prior to final processing of your order. Your total cost will not include any fees you may encounter through customs. Once the merchandise is in international handling, we are not aware of nor responsible for any additional fees.

If there are any issues with your order, we will notify you with any concerns right away. Once we have shipped your order, we will e-mail you with your tracking information. Exchanges

 

As long as your item is in its original condition with its original tags, you may return it for an exchange at any time. Please note that we ship the first exchange request with complimentary shipping. Additional exchange requests will incur shipping charges.
